• Candidates with six (6) years of regular service in Level-5 (Pre-revised GP Rs. 2,800/-) are eligible.

• A Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Science as a subject OR a Bachelor’s Degree plus a one-year Diploma in Computer Science.
